The International Conference that ended yesterday in Tirana brought two confirmations that, at last, the new Albanian government is being viewed within international politics, from where as a number it clearly reflects the hostile tendencies on the part of the dismissed prime minister. The conclusion of the Conference and the discussions held at the end make clearer the idea of an extremism of recent intervention and of the opposition as an isolated party, which can resist the speed of time on its own. From this point of view, the important cost of the blockage would be imposed only.
"Great force,"
However, there is also another meaning and an international disregard toward the internal force, for which the Albanian government provided nothing except silence and a propagandistic tone. At least it was not clarified how order would be organized and how a political process acceptable to all parties would be made possible. It is precisely here that Ambassador Everts will intervene, who will call the Albanian prime minister to report over the next two months.
