War, Albanians under arms
Conscripts will serve in readiness zone no. 1

Albania without heads
Yesterday the Albanian state once again found itself without its top leader, being governed before the eyes of history with that very slogan of weight: “You’ve really stitched us up.”
Last night arrived in Albania the pan-Albanian delegation from the USA at the invitation of its Albanian counterpart, the Interior Minister Ago Apolloni. Prime Minister Fino, as he left yesterday for Israel and the President’s office of Atarik. Under normal conditions there is nothing extraordinary and it is entirely ordinary. But at the head of a murderous society, even their movements are carried out separately and simply as in a normal country. Even more strange is the fact that this cannot be behavior for one person, but for everyone it reflects the nerves about the war, the long time lost with the resolution. Others, on the other hand, again this time clearly showed that the Albanian political class is wasting time with waiting for answers or visits of a bureaucratic nature.
Faced with a serious situation, the war in Kosovo, remembered in the hours of the past, the government and the political class are fighting it with an “office.” They are not managing to announce a plan of measures for border control and unit readiness. Nor have they yet announced, even today, the order for conscripts to go to the high-readiness zones. The convulsions, still half-bound and unresolved, have made it impossible for a week for the government to coordinate a clear mobilization for the latest developments. Therefore, it is worth remembering sometimes what could happen in the absence of a firm hand; the capital was thought at the beginning to be for each? And not the center where one can be seized by all kinds of things. The convulsion, to which the government has been emboldened, and not the whole army corps, in the latest developments in Kosovo. During these days international political circles have publicly stated their fear that the latest developments in Kosovo could also lead to a fairly limited war between the Serbian army and the KLA. This is due to a possible crossing of a few bombers of this fire and their dispatches to Albania. The convulsion, in this case, of the governments put in place, can even seem ridiculous. At least, has it ever happened to anyone? This brings about almost never the undertaking to issue regulations, even with the rightful direction for the calm development of the situation. Albania found itself able to face the war properly. At least from the government meeting, which subsequently presented half-formed statements about their mutual correction and with respect to the president, and with a meeting that in government would have been completely swift. If, despite an order, this could bring about such a fate. Pulling together the entire image of a troubled and unclear war. This is also why it is unclear what the police forces will be needed for and they are not stating it clearly. Or perhaps no structure has begun the uprising and all their work has risen into noise and confusion. Anyone may keep for themselves the latest changes to the border as they see fit. But there is never any clarity. At least the rapid dissolution of the governments is still not announcing its policy with officials in Kosovo and everyone has a description to ask about it. And probably bureaucrats will not solve this matter. What emerges in the end is simple. That others in government have the duty to undertake and carry out their tasks. And to deal with the reporting. And not to go out in the press to repeat such wordless passages. It is likely that time is running out for them and they are not yet ready.
