Why Nertitan Ceka voted against in Parliament

Coalition in chaos
A couple of days after the announcement of changes in the government, the coalition has been shaken into real chaos. Nano, who days earlier, at the meeting of his leadership, appeared unable to restrain himself toward his partners, not only sought to give the impression that the dismissal of Paskal Milo would certainly be lawful, but insisted that the socialists were taking a firm direction. This did not happen in a media opposition, whether from Nano or from the allies, especially from the republican side. Nano can reassure Paskal that the decision to remove him from office is being dragged out and is not being given much attention. On the other hand, there are many voices saying that Ceka's agreement in Parliament votes for changes for the allies’ minister. This has alarmed not only the coalition, but also the socialists themselves. In coalition circles there have been long discussions and most of them see it as the new structure of the government, at a time when it is still fully exposed in Parliament, and it was not a matter of solidarity in the name of solidarity. Meanwhile Ruçi, on behalf of the socialists, has stated that "no concessions will be made to the allies." Nano and the allies? p? ko? They had not announced the changes so quickly and at this moment there is still no clear reflection. The discussions and second thoughts within the PS are that the display of the dismissals from office, presented in the morning, is accompanied by replies. On the other hand, after the discussions, talk turned to the success of agreements with the allies. Despite the allies, Ruçi had spent an entire evening forecasting the government, while it was still fully exposed in Parliament for solidarity. Tension is no longer a matter of time. If Nano can calm Paskal, the delay in the decision will sting the allies with delay, but also the republicans. Under these conditions, achieving parliamentary changes also includes doubts among the allies, where after a few weeks they think it is clear? not with a clear conclusion. In general, the presidencies of the allies are expected to meet, as well as the republican parliamentary group, where they will decide whether part of it will vote for Nano's government. From this expectation will depend how calm the battle for the Berisha government will be. Regardless of what the allies’ position will be, Nano yesterday aired accusations in his radio address both from the opposition and from his own supporters.
