A Serbian helicopter was hit and shot down yesterday by UCK forces, while the move by the closest neighbour of this army, precisely at the moment when the signing of the peace agreement was expected any minute, had passed 12:00, but the deadline for entry had still not been set when the Serbian helicopter failed to fire, at the same time as it was reported from the Kosovo village.
