He received so many tips that, for a moment, he thought about returning to his vagabond’s life—an adventure he had cut short when he was appointed minister. In fact, he was not only head waiter, but also the mastermind behind this way of celebrating Women’s Day. The women from the ministry were comfortably seated, while the men waited on them.
