Saturday crime was born as a result of the problems created over the last weeks, and he was also given three bullets in the back and in the head, while he was playing the role of an important man with about 6 bodyguards. From the victim’s brother, Maho Neza, there have been reactions saying that the involvement and killing of the man were organized by the government on the orders of the prime minister or his service. For his part, the prime minister has characterized the situation in order to highlight that the execution was carried out for narrow motives within the criminal world. The last point in the writing of this situation, so as not to lose the sense of danger, some projects were conditioned after the arrest of the person from Mallaka[?]. Meanwhile, the victim’s brother Maho Neza said that the execution was carried out on the government’s orders. Another point discussed in these days is the suspicion surrounding the progress of the investigation and the protection of the chairman of the PD branch in Tirana, Jane, and his brother. The victim’s brother stated clearly that Neza had had disagreements with the new government in Tirana, some conditioning projects, and he told the journalists that the person who killed Gani Neza used more than two magazines and shot him from 20 to 25 meters away. This is connected with several warnings from ANTO in Albania and with the organization of a group to carry out political assassinations. This view was also expressed by two experts from an international laboratory from Hamburg, who had come to Tirana for the investigation. According to the testimony of a passerby, the victim was shot from a moving off-road vehicle that had come from Elbasan Road. The killers approached from behind and, after leaving him wounded, shot him once more in the head to be sure. The man killed, according to the police, is a person of high risk and was known as one of the close relatives of former prime minister Sali Berisha. The incident occurred in the center of Tirana, near the place called 'Majko'. The latter have been the motive for the statement and for the sensitivity of the word, some conditioning projects; after involvement in several successive proceedings, Neza created the image of a tough guy. Intensive checks near him showed the police that he carried various weapons. This was also shown by his continued opposition in recent times. He had previously been in FARK, close to Berisha, but later left there. According to an initial announcement, it was said that he had been killed as he was leaving a bar in the center of Tirana. Many Kalashnikov shells were found at the scene.
