There will never be a protectorate over Albania

President’s political adviser Prec Zogaj rejects the hypotheses of all Albanian politicians page 5 Even minister Rama is in the midst of leaving When, a year ago, Edi Rama took the ministerial chair at the Ministry of Culture, public opinion and the state apparatus were swept along by goodwill, and it was hoped that Albania would be placed on a path and that this undertaking would also succeed despite the noise, the economic difficulties and the threshold, Mr. Minister, beyond political forces, which he saw shaped by help from forms that stabilize. According to all these disagreements and the country’s art, the hopes and illusions of the minister’s office, it would not be long before, in the country’s circles, not the loud voices, but the pains of this institution would stand out in everyday life. At a time when, among the lost ranks of the administration, those seeking culture, because of the voices, barely managed to gain from the beginners of the incoming interruptions of security and art, everything still seemed a worthy gift. All the dazzling inclusiveness of the last day should have made it a responsibility and a dominance in the administration of indifference, some of an official and the mass objections of this kind of era. It also became clear when the network of culture officials emerged in the ministry, who in some cases had entered with histories, through a public anonymity. In the case of Minister Rama, however, everything had taken its cue and place in the future, which was more about being discussed than about the loss of responsibilities. This happened not only because he decided to sideline a large part of the administration, but also yesterday’s opponents, but above all because he was immersed in a kind of impatience and vocabulary that left the classifications of a middle level. But will one still be found at the beginning of such an outcome, despite the framework of slander? As can be seen in the newspapers of the last few days, minister Edi Rama has managed to create a new personal attention by choosing, as the terrain for his campaign, an environment of temporary revaluations. While some analysts and other representatives of the country present him as a name on the way out for his modest and clear position and art, others link him to a turning point at the end, and that a different time will be more likely for Albania. This kind of reasoning seems fruitless, because it is unlikely to be a question posed precisely at this moment, when everything is speculation. Speaking on the program “5SHIK” hosted by journalist Rudina Xhunga on TVSH, the president’s adviser for diplomatic affairs, Prec Zogaj, made it clear that there will never be a protectorate in Albania. He stated that these are merely fantasies attributed to some politicians and that the president of the republic has warned the Albanian political class to stop such discourse. It is because of the destabilization of the region and the military-diplomatic pressure on Serbia, and voices from certain political circles have put forward the idea of dividing Kosovo with an international protectorate. In this way, danger has seriously engulfed all Albanian lands. But will a political class be found that remains indifferent to it? According to an analyst from the newspaper “Ekskluzive”, Albania would still need to shake off the idea of defeat and align itself with a course that would guarantee its integrity. If someone thinks that the solution is some kind of evasion, they are wrong. Continues on page 13 COME TO PSD, AMERICA FINISH IT AND WE WILL KEEP IT [?]

During the dinner, the guests sat at large tables and were divided according to their areas and affinities, while their conversations did not allow everyone to get to know each other. The next day, at ten in the evening, the telecommunications equipment of several premises in Tirana reported that there was also the Scottish parliamentary speaker, the Deputy Minister of Defense and former deputy prime minister Ilir Koçesi, the SHIK parliamentary speaker and MP Edi Mulo in the role of Foreign Minister. The journalist from “Koha Jonë” approached Thaçi’s table and, as he tried to take a picture, the young lawyer of Kosovo, Deputy Minister Mehdi, the noise of attention caused the calm to be disturbed and the photographing was hindered. Officially, the dinner had no public statement, while the best-known attendee himself left without giving any message to the press.
