The vacuum of command posts and the swaying of a new group[?]

Can the whole service there save Kosovo? Or not, in focus of the activity of the Albanians[?] The KLA Headquarters, the end of the war can be understood only as the establishment of an underground balance between Ibrahim Rugova’s old structure and the one in development of Hashim Thaçi, made independent from the General Staff and Coordination, in the face of the predictable postwar phenomena. The suppression of the agreements, even without the signature of the corrective delegation of the Kokonezët, made the government and world opinion reflect on the role of Bujar Bukoshi’s government in exile. Perhaps in the approach of Western centers to the Albanian solution of the conflict, from the transfer of authority of the government in exile to that of the Supreme Headquarters of the KLA. Perhaps as early as March, with Albanian blood passing by as on Albanian military and administrative fields, even without having written down the synchronized Albania with the situations after Kosovo, the replacement of the permanent mission of steering and reflecting peace with new mobile searches or at least with glorifications of feelings etc. It seems that the direction of attention in the report on freedom between the government in exile and the diplomatic corps will make the distinction. Naturally, the apparent problems were not necessarily uncontrolled phenomena in Kosovo, but at the official level of the national state of Kosovo. Perhaps because parts of the country dedicated to the war are not lacking, hidden under the military provisional arrangement. In which inaccuracy is not far off. Why on earth is the commander of every psychology and every political emotion of that Kosovo era found included in the hierarchy of the office of interests that the party of the government in exile and the Albanian diplomatic center led by Alia[?]? Faced with such a situation and a paradox, for which the conditions of an agreement are completely tangled, since one part of the country has experienced an uncontrolled extension of the thirst for military structure, while the other part, within itself, has raised its voice. Perhaps because the KLA, part of the old government in exile, has shown complete mechanisms to bring Kosovo, still under Serbian administration, into a new dependence. What will the product be? A government in exile dressed in military uniform, or a replacement for the living network that is now seeking a new era for the country? If such a structure really puts an end to the postponement of provisional administration, accountability is required, because perhaps the two powerful clans, Mr. Rugova and Mr. Thaçi, are ready to block each other. Moral unrest is returning. In the Republic, their shared hatred, together with the political embraces experienced years ago, is building this vacuum from within. As a result, the moment has come for a third solution to be put on the table, not as a replacement for the founders of the two poles, but as a new language that must nonetheless restore a sense of balanced governance. Even further ahead, all sensitivities must be freed from the pressure of prejudices and become the forerunners of the administration of power.
