USA, a return to PD?

It has replaced the main political issue of the past few days regarding the pointless long ordeal of the independent commission for proclaiming the constitution, which has taken its lead from contact with the Majko-Berisha office. In this opposition policy, still left in process, there is a pressing sense of the need for agreement with the international community in order to find a calm parliamentary situation and that of the PD, involving the majority of yesterday's day, while they somehow applauded their opponents. According to an observation made yesterday, the United States are turning their attention to Albania and are including in the Balkans their special envoy for the improvement of the Balkans, taking care, with the latest events, of what is being received from the opposition. Thus, as far as is known, the American ambassador in Tirana, Marisa Lino, had yesterday with her staff an action devoted to reactivating the campaign. If the country's normalization in order to return to the situation is indeed possible, the prospect of a meeting and a word from Washington may have been prepared to give the final “push” to the circulating lives of the Balkans. Those who before the press were criticized strongly by a small group of Americans in Washington had harshly accused the Albanian government of easing tensions; the PD's entry into the comprehensive taking over of the new government may be another step toward normalizing relations between the government and the opposition. The diplomats themselves have been in contact with the prime minister's offices to half-opposition, where other senior international representatives are also invited, in order to move forward the discussion of yesterday's day regarding the interests. With a softened sign and to calm things down as much as possible, also by sending and counting those from abroad, thus the Americans too, it may have been implied in the possible governance of a certain approach, to win normalization of the situation in parliament. The same unimportant vice president and the American envoy for Kosovo issues, before yesterday, may have been seen by the Americans as being outside any reason. The American secretary of state and the envoy to somewhere may have also made a count from the American side before yesterday. Perhaps, as the international community understands it, it is not the country's chaos that matters, but to succeed in avoiding their conflict with PS as well as with others. In any case, Merita [word?] of the [word?] of the weapon is not being heeded by the country in her contacts in the second [word?], and the involvement of [word?] has not interrupted what is seen so far. Faced with the crisis, with a firm voice and after [word?], the Albanians themselves are stabilizing it, and so the Americans too, having made a count from the American side before yesterday.
