“Luftë kundër korrupsionit...” në një tjetër term dashurie në fushata elektorale të gjithë politikanëve, që kërkojnë dojçot nga xhepi i kombit. Po kështu bëri sot Bashkim Fino pas marrim pushtetin duke bërë ligjërisht qeverinë. “Të luftojmë korrupsionin”, është betimi që ka bërë qeveria, kur opozita e quan qeverisjen shtet hajdutëri. Por në këtë luftë ministri i Drejtësisë ka vënë pas herë herë drejtësi me qejfe. Pse? Për shembull, sot është vetëm një deputet dhe dy ish ministra që kanë mundur t’iu shpëtojnë hetimit, për shkelje të bujshme. Urdhëri qe Prokuroria e Përgjithshme që bënte verifikim të pasurisë! Por, për fat të keq, tani me një varg të gjatë qeveritarësh dhe ish pushtetarësh me vila e pasuri, dhe ardhja e socialistëve në pushtet që duan të marrin para e popullit, por asgjë nuk u zbulua. Ish ministri i naftës, Sokol Nako dhe ish kryeministri Aleksandër Meksi duke ndërtuar vila, ish ministra të tjerë dhe ndërtime luksoze me paratë e popullit. Por asgjë nuk duket sikur ndodhi. Socialistët nuk patën kohë të merrnin me korrupsionin e PD-së, për shkak të ardhjes së refugjatëve. Ndërsa tashmë parlamentari certifikon se të tillë ndodhen edhe në PS, duke akuzuar të paktën pesë ministra. Ne dje shkruam, por sot qeveria është vënë në lëvizje. Ndërkaq kryeprokurori Rakipi i thotë qeverisë se është vonë. “Bashkim Fino i ka bërë thirrje publikisht që ata që kanë vënë vila me paratë e popullit të dalin me prova për origjinën e tyre. Kjo tërheqje e vëmendjes është një sinjal pozitiv dhe mendoj se duhet marrë seriozisht. Por, nga ana tjetër, mund të them se është vonë. Urdhëri për verifikimin e pasurisë është dhënë që në fillim të 1998-s. Ne kishim filluar të mbledhim prova, por u ndërpre puna për shkak të situatës me Kosovën. Pastaj u shty përsëri. Tani duhet veprim i shpejtë.”

“La lotta contro la corruzione...” è diventata un altro termine d’affetto nelle campagne elettorali di tutti i politici, che cercano i marchi tedeschi dalle tasche della nazione. Lo stesso ha fatto oggi Bashkim Fino dopo aver preso il potere formando legalmente il governo. “Combattiamo la corruzione”, è il giuramento fatto dal governo, mentre l’opposizione definisce il governo furto di Stato. Ma in questa lotta il ministro della Giustizia ha applicato più volte la giustizia in modo selettivo. Perché? Per esempio, oggi c’è soltanto un deputato e due ex ministri che sono riusciti a sfuggire all’indagine per violazioni clamorose. L’ordine era che la Procura Generale verificasse il patrimonio! Ma, purtroppo, ora con una lunga fila di governanti ed ex potenti con ville e ricchezze, e con l’arrivo dei socialisti al potere che vogliono prendere i soldi del popolo, non è stato scoperto nulla. L’ex ministro del petrolio Sokol Nako e l’ex primo ministro Aleksandër Meksi mentre costruivano ville, altri ex ministri e costruzioni di lusso con i soldi del popolo. Ma nulla sembra essere accaduto. I socialisti non hanno avuto tempo di occuparsi della corruzione del PD, a causa dell’arrivo dei rifugiati. Intanto ora un parlamentare certifica che tali persone si trovano anche nel PS, accusando almeno cinque ministri. Questo richiamo dell’attenzione è un segnale positivo e penso che debba essere preso sul serio. Ma, dall’altra parte, posso dire che è tardi. L’ordine per la verifica del patrimonio è stato dato all’inizio del 1998. Avevamo iniziato a raccogliere prove, ma il lavoro fu interrotto a causa della situazione in Kosovo. Poi fu rinviato di nuovo. Ora serve un’azione rapida.”
