Corruption, the only opposition Servet Levonja The challenges faced by prime ministers are now well known, but between Sylyezim Veliçi and Ilir Meta the opposition stands out and cannot pay any of the obligatory costs equally. For emigrants and the poor, it is those who are the cause of the first governments of yesterday and the new governments of these days. What has happened over time is that the official administration and the opposition have changed nothing; this is a corruption that has not been immunized. In the first governing governments, everything that has been gathered through the so-called privatization has been turned around, up to that which is now being carried out, which the governments make obligatory and the governments of the time have the last word and the truth is that they are government officials. In the government of democracies and the first governments, it is said that they are the wheels of government. And the officials have done to the administration and taken corruption together with the opposition. This has been the case in the administration in disputes between governments and its citizens. The citation of this from yesterday’s governments does not have much and the problem has to do with cabinet changes. These words are so blatant that they could cost the new prime minister Ilir Meta in his attempt to appear honest in governing matters. And it is not so clear that Albanians are seeking a change in the opposition. Corruption in the administration remains the first government of future governments. It has been a time of shortages in the ministries, in the misery of Burri, Rama, Shuli, Haladaja and perhaps another, except for criticism with the disappearance from government of the list of departed ministers, complaints about the offense to state circulation and sensitivity in government. Who the second ministers are, and who they remain, no longer has to do with names. That is why parliament and the cabinet continue to carry the old clique. The parliamentarians, with the necessary and imposed movement of governments, have spoiled the system over time, and as long as they are able to manage it, the commitment is to find a way to get out of the situation in the best old way. Other problems are also increasing because of the climate created by corruption. One should not forget that the new governing force of the Albanians is still challenged and more demanding than governing. The only recommendation for this government is to fight calmly and far from the old wisdoms of the previous cabinet. If it does this, it will have the support of the citizens; if not, it will soon be alone facing corruption. page 3
