The last chance for the Stability Pact
Despite the declarations, as a result of the grievances and surrogate created by the government led by Ilir Meta, chances, even if only in theory, for the moment of consolidation that Albania is going through, this government has taken, or, without the pact, is putting it to the test. This is decoded to mean that, despite our country's dilemmas, in the Albanian front lines it will unexpectedly lose the principles of stability, to which all hopes for the country's prosperity in Albania and also within the domestic circle of the Albanian parties have been pre-accepted, bearing in mind that this winter, given the conditions in which the country finds itself, is expected to be difficult in the economic or political course of this country.
In the end, Ilir Meta for the creation of the government, this does not mean that since Sunday evening within the slogans or statements. This truth about the creation of the new government cabinet cannot so easily lead us to a government pre-created by the right. This cabinet represents one of the few only figures with more than one part of the PS, respecting the decision of the Steering Committee. Why? It is explained by itself on the basis of the things that impose on the government to react. The chance to cooperate. This is because of the Stability Pact, in which these policies will also have a hand within it. From the most important position, that of Minister of Defense, Pilo Kokalari [?] leaves his post. So, the last chance for the Stability Pact is carrying out a full government rotation. With the exception of some personalities, whom the Pact's allies also consider unacceptable, the majority has moved with the first action to configure the government cabinet, with the aim of realizing the second dimension, that this government should function as something that can be called marginal. It has taken with it the delayed punishment so as to guarantee, as the first condition, the country's devotion. This time, after all these noises, the government created with Ilir Meta will be a government of calm. From here the only path to moving toward the Stability Pact will be the understanding among the political forces of the entire Albanian spectrum, with a focus on the decisive left for stability. This process, as in Kosovo and throughout the Balkans, is linked to strengthening the state. This is best defined by the entire package of the Stability agreement, but on the other hand an intense political passion to leave the country in gloomy corridors, in immoral injustices in relation to petty and evil calculations, which would be fatal to the embrace not only of stability but of Albania's pro-Western orientation, seems unprecedented. In yesterday's press it could be observed that the Prime Minister could not prevent opinions about the composition of the government from being circulated. One thing is very clear. Only that such a government, even if temporary, be created quickly. What will he declare at the next government meeting? These are matters that remain his own, but he is bound by his aim not to fail. Here, more than anywhere else, lies the meaning of the government's success, or its failure.
