Given that this courtesy, this tact, placed our prime minister among the ranks of Balkan leaders, and that the American President was privileged to meet and hold talks with him, Clinton found himself warmly with him, while the prime minister looked toward the Albanian presidency, which was flourishing at the OSE summit. Albanians, from the holy letter and the open complaints, are only white and unfinished. However, we would hope that the United States of America, the Albanian press should interpret this message in a way that changes it somewhat. This current message as a personal endorsement and a binding by hand of those personal ties and leaving without a hand the solution of the more important problems of timing, the ties of Albanian inertia with public opinion not administrative and with that of the people, above the ministers of the large administration, by adopting the order that the other side plays, the high ministry, and that before that which is called the ministry policy above official councils policy above the timing of the competition.
