GAVROSH LEVONJA Since the idea of the Stability Pact was first put forward in the official statements, in official propaganda, through the few and somewhat vague explanations that accompanied the word in hundreds and dozens of television broadcasts by the government, “this is a key country,” link and release, the government is “a key country,” link and the implementation of the Stability Pact’s objectives, for the first time our country has not been the first to emerge from the Balkans. This is more of a comfort to the rulers and to the stability they try to give to others. This is a stability of words, which will take a long time. But, on the part of our country, the needs that the Stability Pact was supposed to cover are linked to the Albanian population from which massive wars derive. From this point of view, the consideration of the Pact that our country has in the context of the escalating conflict with Kosovo has a first-rate role for stability and norms of behavior. Yes, today and not only for our relations with our neighbors, but also with the country inside. As for the economic aspect, naturally, it became part of the reconstruction of the Balkans and has to do with re-establishing securities within the old framework, in the dangerous and destabilizing context of the preface of agreements in general. In the end, it is an incompatible social body, at the end of our function as a country in an absolute sense, which can bring a level of discontent on a large scale, bearing in mind that the present is a period that must be dealt with in the future role, in the Stability Pact, but after these remarks that belong to this unprepared administration. That is how the circle and the truth were created.
