The “Meta” cabinet, the third and final one? Still before the procedures of the college of socialist ministers are completed, Pandeli Majko, socialists are looking for the name of the person who will lead Albania into the new millennium. Meta, regardless of the problem that may arise because of the political deals circulating, is among those who are closest to calming the situation. Burdened by the governments of the past and the headaches of emergency solutions, the current government, which will replace Majko’s, will be a government of compromise. The PS, expressed in a declaration, says that socialist Marxism will expand in support of a non-party government of the “rescue committee” type. So it is very likely that the name at the head of the government will be the same one who is today in the office of deputy prime minister and head of the Albanian delegation to the Council of Europe. This is the only possible path, toward the calmest possible government for the electorate in Macedonia, and to have a socialist government “two” of Majko’s government in parallel with those 8 months of his experience. Kos has not had Majko’s experience in calming all disagreements in the government in order to turn it into a coalition government with a veto. As for the opposition, an extension would harm them. It is expected of the opposition, with an extension, that they would harm themselves. As for the opposition, by cutting the people’s vote with the socialists in future governance and with the vote of no confidence, even the propagandistic opposition should, above all, contribute to continuously being formed by opponents of the majority. Likewise, taking into account Meta’s good relations with the opposition, it is likely to enable him in the qualifying stage. The theme of “consensus,” the cry of “co-governance,” takes a place in corrupted vocabularies. As such a government faced confrontations, with attacks from its own force from the Union, all the subjects were not to arrive. Meta has a not insignificant risk where from the position in a form of structuring until after the conclusions with parliament and others of socialism that would widen support in a “consensual” government with other parties. A hunger for a solution that is calm, and of alliance, more indicates how the new socialist government should be.
