The resignation that restored political normality

Aleksandër Çipa “Leave it, Sajt Krisma, Sali Berisha.” This was among the first expressions expected in a reactive form at the news of the resignation as prime minister near Majko. The same happened in Tirana as well. Those who thought that with Majko’s resignation, the capital would be swept up in mobilizing agitation and in the usual organization of the movement. But this time it happened differently. Albania remained in a more normal state, because many have understood that with political evolution. Majko’s politician had returned from the day’s name to the day. Likewise, the argument for the prime minister’s resignation, at least somewhat noticeably in the political orientations of the electorate, first emerged through Meta’s articulation, without including the other, institutionalized Albanian view, which is involved in a prolonged political crisis. But after the departure from Majko’s functioning, the capital and many government circles showed a strengthening of the norm of calm. It was the most meaningful reaction, because until yesterday he had normally run as that socialist priming candidate. For public opinion, he had also his rival for the prime minister’s chair. But something else was also tickled, something missing, as somewhat noticeable in the political governance of pluralist governments. The values of government legitimization are losing their political element, but from the first articulation also Meta, without including the general view from the institution, from that political policy. But after the government’s departure and in the Albanian transition of the crisis there have been no rivals. The political conflict of the predecessors, at least minimal and normalized, was closing the prolonged political crisis. Such a resignation had been missing for years from Albanian events and politics. It gave a more important sign for external calm, albeit with government conflicts. The time and the governmental course, through which the political act was carried out, makes clear the fact that today’s event in Albanian politics is governance and the officialdom of the transition. The replacement of government figures from the level of their subordinates, with strong official substitutions of value, the event was to produce calm. Meanwhile, the PDS deputy warned yesterday that the government decree granting the Foreign Minister, who is still governed by the new cabinet, the right to treqarje, will not legally include the stability of the government officials, and with that the new government will not be able to produce political normality. For this reason and thanks to its realized and fitting effect, which changes not only the name of the governing cabinet of the new government of Nano, the long period of government rule should be a necessary sign of calm and political normality. Moreover, in the absence of the whole set of figures closest to that movement, he is a place for the new government, regardless of its political label. This is a possible victory, but not a complete one for the new prime minister. Faced with the loud right-wing opposition, he must bring in the arguments of the security order. In this sense, PD, Vili Minarolli and (P)S, Halit Lalaj, must go very much alongside the government.

MPs Lesi and Biuçi continue their visit in Denmark

In this area, cooperation arises between politically developed countries and countries with a lower level of economic development. A feature of this relationship is the approach to bilateral and objective issues that includes clashes of institutional pullbacks, through which the problem of centralization has also been resolved. The visit of the Albanian delegation to this part of Denmark will further extend this level of cooperation and the criterion toward standards that we must approximate. The delegation also includes MPs P. Vili Minarolli (the P. S), Halit Lalaj.
