Prime Minister Meta’s secret meetings

page 4 The administration bears full responsibility The decision to take the turn by which the government in Kosovo has been instructed has made our work on relations with Kosovo more difficult — that used to close off the acceptance of the administration — is undoubtedly the most shameful thing we have heard so far. Since not only are relations with Kosovo damaged, but autonomy is also shamelessly violated, they in turn try to present the whole matter as an action carried out by one man in the late hours of the night. Despite the culture and the self-control that are only necessary, 7% of the developments after the mention. The government decided to abolish commissions of the structure of the Ministry of Foreign Trade in order to carry out official and electoral operations for the United Nations in Kosovo. Despite this, there are other problems, but we will leave that aside in order to write this. There are just as many problems in the disputes with local structures, but the support after that is everything insufficient, not only in relation to many funds but also to the highest need for this, which has been used painfully and is being discussed from January onward, as rightly noted by the central level of funding. In the absence of accounting, this makes the future of the means remain in fog. Apparently, the central administration has long ago gotten itself entangled in the impasse with the administration of the Balkans, which forced us, before the start of the full reconstruction of Kosovo, to wander through the corridors of others with an unsuitable adolescent of the economy; now it may be able to break the local structures, that is, to sort things out in order to go national with the challenge of Kosovo. Despite this concession, it does not ask for forgiveness because it is vividly and mercilessly, in the wake of the half after the nuptials, which is the use of the fund for us. Why the government of the Transition? Was it a substitute measure? Why did the Albanian chief diplomat of the troubled time never say that, because in the present administration surely the ministry does not? Why is the minister’s administration playing games? On one indisputable matter, I am shaken. But today’s analysis of these problems does not lead us to optimism. If this government is to achieve anything in relation to the administration in Kosovo, it must abandon a one-sided policy, which can push not a few serious opposition forces of the weak and the lobbies into ravines, while focusing on both success and failure will manage to fix that structure at all times. This government, besides everything else, must necessarily correct its substitute decisions. Apparently, it must develop a clear practical framework, which obliges us at least to undertake the public’s indignation. Apparently, this entirely has the instability of non-change and non-acceptance, but otherwise nothing is visible in the living term of the corps in Kosovo. Finally, correction and replacement are not a matter of prescribed rules or fouls; rather, above all, they are a political matter of administration. Moreover, unfortunately, the humanists, after an Albania of 7%, since it is a race among countries and isolation for the greatest possible increase in revenues, for the socialist layer of replacement. But if among countries and certain standards of abilities, neither the reasons for the emptiness nor the structure in the figure of the leaders will manage to abolish such an action for the presentation of administrative standards. In many cases, the proper judgment will also push the serious opposition of the lobbies into ravines, while focusing on both success and failure will manage to fix this structure on both sides. And the power described by all the poor Albanian stones is not at the head of the two times but still ideologically crawling for the lack and socialist plague for non-conquest and the possibility and other extinguishments with an administration of Kosovo. And ideological power at the head of the gate in order to give even more opportunity to these goals. The law on the status of the civil servant, approved without resistance by the Albanian taxpayer in the hands of the government, is included not with a paragraph. It is harmful because it does not manage to clarify even the age, but perhaps to send by letter a regulation of the administration that repeats. After 1? the Albanian state? has? a 7% right to income. A percentage of public funds for the administration of Kosovo is so unworthy, that there has been 7%? The government decided in writing to give the administration in? Kosovo the completed matter by hand. And it handed over around 100 million with an environmental and conservation methodology. This means two things. First, that the 100 million given were not simply? but remained a grant? of credit. Second, this? that the head of the administrator of Kosovo put it in? the two times in order to give it even more ideological dragging and opportunities? for non-having and? other things. And even another thing? is? something that was done? This is intolerable. Vote e? has devoted? a second time with an argument that has surpassed every kind of standard for minimally? of the? has favored in this case? the first of the ministries.
