Sniper execution in the cell of Prison 313

Yesterday, the most unheard-of crime happened. From a rooftop, about 500 meters away, Ilir Bardhi was killed in his cell while awaiting trial on the third floor of the High Security Prison; he was accused of being the perpetrator of the anti-tank killing of Denis Cines. The police said it had arrested one of the two executioners and had also seized the scoped rifle used to carry out the rare crime. Page 8
