The news about the possibility of the return of the former chairman of PDS, Eduard Selami, to political life by competing within party structures, in order to increase the chances of this reformist within the country’s political or public opinion climate, in Tirana, and favored and somewhat constrained by laws in view of his age and creative maturity. But the much-discussed idea of Selami’s return, if it indeed happens, as is often mentioned, it lifts and dissolves the positions before they are even noticed.
