When it comes to governing, the question is not, “from where do we see?”, but “from where are the socialists seeing?” The socialists are turning the turban aside for self-protection, entering the “corridor” to block one thing and another, “nothing at all.” But the only one who would be convinced by the evidence and agree with the view is that part of Vlorë, “as Klosi says”; yet for the impatient Vlorë there is no longer news, only the price of middlemen; a raven from 1997 once on top and now before the disco crowds in Janki PD’s “Vlorë.” Wanting to be, I am “left-leaning,” but the socialists will not feel it clearly. Will success in government come from the responsible left or from the right after the blame? That is, in all, the whole dilemma or the beginning; but one thing after another. I’m glad to start telling the truth about the socialists.
Last Monday, Majlis Shop, behind the cultural palace, was turning on the lights for a truly special evening. Asphyxia! The lights were not for gymnastics or a disco. No, but like pearls of the lux-prime brand and “asphyxia,” they were overshadowing the fanfare of a concert. Expensive cars were lining up there, dropping “guests” at the door of the former hotel “Turizmi,” from which they had removed the name of the Rilindas Qemal Stafa. The building had been the “left” one, restored in a strange way, completely of the conquered treasure of the frightened “qarë”?; because it was closed like a “bunker”; thick walls, iron shutters, large fire pits in the yard, a “German gate.” The staircase was still external; built somewhat “imperially” gross. The staircase was also in the house, connected to the hotels. Nothing added that the political situation had not been treated with honor. I knew they had not decided to leave and settle in a place where, before our eyes, the “Presence for rent?” is appearing; and everything is being governed! Someone might say. Yes, but as Albanians, and high politics with the code of Tirana, the socialists do not even leave their own evening without tasting it in style. That is why you will find the form from the restaurant “Maliq” in Vlorë, which apparently sees itself “like all” the party-price venues.
To organize a pre-fantasy-poem or to set before something a tragedy in image? These people, they say, in the evening of the “clan” and then with rakia? It was, yes! But as “marrebetikë,” “opposition partners,” killed?; but with insertions? all night long they seemed to think it was just for one night. According to the words, “they rose with glasses and were sent to Divjaka by sea, and the Right do not have decided to come again.” This too is not a riddle, but a finding of the political eye of the figure. None is calmly consuming the business of the evening and communications with the public; but after midnight, everyone was shouting so much that today, “insertions,” not as an agreement, but as a cause of governmental tension relief. It is certain! They displayed serious grievances, but also bit one another. They even said many things against each other and against everyone.
The deputy prime minister and at the same time the minister of Dijaka[?] by function, neither scolded nor laughed. The cousin’s son, placed even in the mess of the shameful evening, as if he were frightening the hotel owner, “Asfiks.” The chairman of the speech did not like this; even the prime minister was not found at the table. None was seen in the scene of sorrow. Naturally, he too does not need to put his “ear to the ground” before the people. But that a part of Vlorë sees clearly what is happening in the former Turizmi and former Tirana[?] venue, there is no doubt. At the hotel “Turizmi,” I mean, now the people of Vlorë have entered to see at least once what is being done properly on stage. In Vlorë, some “shtrofulla” have arrived for an evening with their own nomenklatura, who today must report before the KPD on the work of the government. Today it is being reported to them that “at least other people must be brought into their hotels,” that “with the new politicians there can be no more calm”; because it is a new relationship and it is emerging “harshly” from the political summit of government. Do you understand now what irony this is? Must it be that before Majli[?] reports to the KPD, to the Right he poses with a dinner plate?; isn’t that ugly? Isn’t this, once again, another scene where the socialists, who are reporting before Vlorë on their governance, are coming down from Vlorë’s “former Turizmi,” but appearing in front of the VEFA properties, because they themselves have entered the style of “the popular Vlorë” that feels above that wealth, which after 1997 was called “stolen”?
After that, one could bitterly laugh, because Vlorë is being presented with a party that is holding the KPD meeting in the premises of the former loan shark boss.
