But then the return was dragged out and was even called into question for three works that were feared to be touched, since they had taken what was due and indispensable for its future. The conversion through dozens of polemics in editorials, outlines in the letters of the time until implementation, rightly, has been presented with today’s hope and as something usable. Meanwhile, on the opposition side, the “other forces” have demanded that every inspection action be suspended and, based on the “materials” reported by them, that no high-rise construction be touched, as also happened especially in the case of building 13 on “Ali Visha” street in Tirana. ... This is the balance of an event that took place in the early hours of yesterday morning in the village of Isham (Gjepal) in Shijak, in the district of Durrës.
