The Tirana Municipality will give birth to the Third

The “conceived” display is taking shape, two alternatives as a scenario for its re-establishment. It has been declared as an alarm, but in the minds of many it was being awaited as an unannounced phase in the trend of political circles. The nationalization of the delays in the “rebirth” of the capital, announced with positive observations from fellow citizens of the current executive leaders, now, during a series of press statements that also went as far as revoking past decisions to the end, the chronology of the opposites is now emerging very clearly and not at all old.
It has been about fifteen days since the official start of the police deployment, but it has constantly been at the center of attention because of the concern and dissatisfaction over encroachments on property and businesses by those who have occupied them. According to municipal officials, in just about 40 days notices were issued for the clearing of occupied floors and unauthorized additions. The Municipality has also recorded cases where locally recognized illegal additions were to be demolished, because they had value and caused damage to the surroundings, and therefore the violent intervention should have been understood not only as a police act, but also as a just obligation.
But then the return was dragged out and was even called into question for three works that were feared to be touched, since they had taken what was due and indispensable for its future. The conversion through dozens of polemics in editorials, outlines in the letters of the time until implementation, rightly, has been presented with today’s hope and as something usable. Meanwhile, on the opposition side, the “other forces” have demanded that every inspection action be suspended and, based on the “materials” reported by them, that no high-rise construction be touched, as also happened especially in the case of building 13 on “Ali Visha” street in Tirana.
