Electricity for greater transparency

BY MARTIN LEKA The coming year is inheriting from this one, which is about to end, the most severe energy crisis in the country. On the brink of risking the shutdown of all Albanian citizens, the vast majority of people in the metropolis continue to be supplied with power, unlike most villages and outlying areas. Albania has been facing a drastic shortage of production, with consequences in all areas of life. Not only limited lighting or prolonged outages in a large part of the country, but also a brake on the economy, a major blow to the functioning of the system and real problems; life in the country is difficult for administrative-technical policy, but also an economic shortage of value in Albania. As has happened this time too with Albania, electricity shortages in the country have been met with clashes between the government and the opposition, failing to focus on the real problem, which is more than political, but also extremely clear in it. From the outside, as has been and remains the country’s main problem, everything and in the dynamic of governance and development that has taken place over the last decade in Albania is clearly in the sacrifice with Albanians? So, Albanians are paying and electricity must clearly explain how much the administrative power cuts have cost them, without suddenly this decrease and? harming and risking the functioning of infrastructure with and with outages and? that they are doing such a thing to them with a time increase that agjin. The problem consists in finding ways to minimally overcome the shortage of energy and in the sum of reserves, and in balancing objective and subjective factors. In the management of the system, which is increasingly difficult to govern, that has been? and? On the other hand, it is evident that deviations in politics? and mismanagement bear heavy responsibility. No one can be convinced that among the repeated replacements within the most important structures of direction and implementation, the state’s failure to punish, or non-compliance and? of the country? of expectations, whether in the media? perhaps? only from the daily distress reports and? long explanatory interruptions? about energy crises for paying Albanians? This surely has been more of a political subjectivation than conviction. However, the country’s energy infrastructure, as a resource too, should have at the center of solutions to a good degree through its own governance. In short, the government must become more deeply involved first of all in the transparency of management. Above all, it must set clear objectives for the entire sector on a standardized basis. In the accurate assessment of economic capacity, urban movements, what role and what? consumers will take, and the sectors? where? where? Has the hour of accountability arrived? and? on the other hand, it is the duty of politics of a civil society? guaranteed for the lack of energy, to finally take it and? deal with energy? as a problem of age? Not? Above all, whether for the citizen or for the administration, there must also be determined, on the other hand, a sphere of duty of politics of development in energy? in a rational and premature tone? The majority of Albanians continue without lights? because of poor management and problems of non? one body, whether not? was from the eel.
