EVERY MINUTE SERVES DEMOCRACY

World War II veteran, retired man from Shkodër Sait Pllana writes in an open letter: Every minute you use for good and useful work for the country serves democracy. Through good and honest deeds, the citizen does his part in building up the country, strengthening order and defending freedom. Shkodër, with its hardworking and honest sons, understands that the times call for responsibility, sacrifice and dedication. From such citizens, democracy breathes and moves forward.
