editorial From a left-wing government to a left-wing state By Sami NEZA The expansion of Fatos Nano’s state toward governmental institutionalization now includes not only the integration into the system of guilt, the softening of Prime Minister Ilir Meta from a semi-beginning, and the involvement of the real prime minister’s office with the blow against the media and especially against the Socialist prime minister. This happened through yesterday’s decision to extradite the 4 main suspects, arrested in Turkey. By removing them and thus likely sparing at least one participation in the court panel, the government has also avoided the exposure of the executors and the masterminds of the crime, while many people involved in the motives of this murder still remain free today. The government has left Hajdari in the heart as a symbol of democracy and pluralism, while those who executed him want to keep them on their knees in the face of history. The government must either defend its integrity and line up justice for the perpetrators of the crime, or it must bow its head before the truth.
