Democracy, which must be state policy for an open-ended period, is presented in a well-organized way. Recognizing the problems the state faces is the first step toward designing reform. Meeting the main challenge of this period, preserving calm, is the main duty and a sign of the maturity of society. The problem of interruptions and of no further development would be a noble one. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all political forces and civil society to prepare the country for new conditions. see page 4
