EDITORIAL By Edi PALOKA The disintegration of the state administration and the complete paralysis of the work of the government and all the other state institutions, although the least visible part of the crisis, is in fact its most significant phenomenon. This phenomenon has become more pronounced recently as a result of developments in the SP, but the truth is that the disintegration of the administration has been a phenomenon accompanying all the governments formed by the left-wing coalition over the past two years. The factors that have brought about this total paralysis of the administration are numerous and have, over time, led to this consequence. It must be acknowledged that there are professionals and dedicated people in this administration, from the law-enforcement agencies to civil servants, but they have often found themselves under political attack for the interests of those currently in power. Today, 407 days since the murder of the December Leader Every passing day since the murder of Azem Hajdari, the symbol of democracy and pluralism, proves the involvement of Fatos Nano’s government and its officials in the crime that took the life of this Albanian MP.
