Since ’97, the value system has been broken

By Jozefina TOPALLI In the family album of the Socialist Party, not only of the former school and sociology, but also of rotten ideas, ignorance, hatred, ill will, certainly with the added weight of fear. Every necessary deviation in a circumstance, sorrow, scandals, loss and undeserved values, recreates with splashes, initially of madness, today of opportunism and economic achievements

Majko’s “heresy” and the opposition’s mission

By Aslli PATOZI Former Prime Minister Pandeli Majko, a strong rival and natural opponent of comrade Fatmir Xhafa in the balances of the Socialist Party, declared three days ago in the Bloc, set apart by the revolutionaries of the cold institute of socialism, that he was doing the opposition. Majko thus becomes once again seized by the avalanche of developments, which finds him every time on stage both as protagonist and as extra. In a match with different rules, he said he was doing this in the name of the opposition. First of all, no one seriously believed that the head of the parliamentary group of the former time of fellow comrades with the ruined comrades of the Party of Labour had understood only so late that the new majority was governing like the old one. Secondly, it was just as difficult to believe that the Socialist Party that Majko claims to have awakened could change a thousand faces and never change at all, like the flattery of Ed Rama, the bulk of another prime minister and perhaps also thanks to an all-powerful chairman. Minister Kulej? Edi Rama, his own candidate in the elections, seemingly took from the subterranean, wavering loyalty of the revanchist politician the reason for his major crisis in the clash with the future. Even if Majko may have understood that he needs to do opposition, he has chosen a model act. Page 5

The fight for the theatre, Edi Rama’s rotten business

Music was a pretext to grab another decision without blushing or turning pale. Edi Rama, turned into the king by chance of the Tower, had made with this scenario one of the most obvious moves that he has never hidden in order to justify a master’s trick. First, with the idea and then with the Prime Minister. Now also with the Ministry of Culture. Edi Rama, turned into a circus master by exploiting in a disgusting way the destruction of the theatre and by writing and buying hands with the taxpayers’ money, which we artists love as young, arbitrarily installing the time of Albanian art and other national artistic institutions on page 5
