The head of his party’s parliamentary group and the candidacies it has put forward for the lists of deputies, as well as part of the Socialist leadership, are worried by a caste under pressure ahead of the September congress. The people of Mokra are in turmoil, while September is also approaching. Edi Rama, the head of the Municipality, came to the office yesterday for the first time after a week of vacation and gave clear signs that he too is worried in the height of this season. If it were not for Ilir Meta, he would have been transferred to the post, apparently still unwelcome in government propaganda. Apart from the Socialist progress, the right candidacy for the Municipality has finally been found for Edi Rama too, the one he most wanted. With the arrival of September and the approach of the Socialist campaign, such a scheme is being built, according to which the government is preparing to remove Azem Hajdari from political circulation. Precisely in the name of his independence, he demands that the crime condemn the killers of democracy while still alive. The name of Azem Hajdari, the symbol of the new democracy of Albanians and of their spiritual freedom, is becoming more and more the terror of power.
