The PDSH Electoral Commission, in implementation of the decision on the criteria and procedures for approving candidates for mayors and heads of communes, asks the DP branches in the districts to submit to their branch leadership, before candidates are put to a vote at the expanded assemblies of their electoral units, a declaration of assets, a notarized photocopy of their higher-education qualification, and a declaration that their place of residence has not changed.
