The electoral commission of the DPA for the Tirana district, regarding the criteria and procedures for submitting candidacies for chairman and vice-chairman of the branches of the DPA in this district, has taken part before the candidate to become leader is chosen through free, secret-ballot elections, in a democratic manner. Candidates who wish to take part in the elections to become leaders of the branches of the DPA must submit a statement and, in the application forms and documents, are required to return the candidacy documents for voting to the respective branch assembly or sub-sections
