The approved investment budget for 1999 of the Agency of the Council of Ministers is increased by 65 million lekë for the purchase of a product represented by an armored “Mercedes-Benz” S 600 passenger car. 2. The sum of 66 million lekë shall be covered by the reserve fund of the Council of Ministers. 3. The Ministry of Finance and the bodies of the Council of Ministers are charged with implementing this decision. This decision enters into force immediately.
