The case concerns a plot of 79 dynym of land on the coastal strip of Vil-Bashotva, Grethi, Spille and Domet. This area became the property of the Jenisheri family. This family is known as the “owners of land documents”, according to former property restitution and compensation officials, who abused their power by giving away the land area. Members of the Jenisheri clan said they had family problems and that some of them had informed on the fact that the land area had been taken unfairly. After receiving applications for the job openings that companies have announced for client companies and after carrying out the first selection of applicants based on the experience they have presented in their CVs, in preparing them for the interview process of the selected candidates. But in some cases it happens that an applicant, who has applied and has been selected from the submitted documentation for an interview, withdraws from the application at the moment when he or she is invited to this job interview. The same phenomenon also occurs when the candidate has passed the first stage of the interview and is invited to carry out the interview with the future employer, but does not show up for this interview. Withdrawing from the application is justified and worth appreciating when it results from a better awareness of the applicant What are the causes of this phenomenon? I will first exclude the case where the applicant has found a job in the meantime and no longer has any interest in being employed, and I will focus on analyzing the case where the applicant is unemployed, applies for a job position, successfully completes a first interview, and at the final moment, when he or she will face the future employer, withdraws. Withdrawing from the application is justified and worth appreciating when it results from a better awareness of the applicant, based on the more detailed information received about the requirements of the job position during the first interview, about the mismatch between the skills and competence he or she possesses, or the expectations he or she has for this job position.
