BY ZEF BROZI* Avoid the election thieves From the very beginning of this article I want to salute the work done so far by the Electoral Reform Commission and the adoption by this Commission of harsher penalties for criminal offenses related to elections; this will have a deterrent effect on these crimes with tragic consequences for Albania.
