He presented it as an oriental country like a bajrak, where the circulation of elites through voting is a very rare bird, not to say a forbidden fruit. Did he lie? No, he did not lie. Berisha said something true, but a truth among those that should not and must not be said there, where they were said, and in the way they were said, for several reasons. First, because Albania, despite the millions that Italy and the other EU countries have given it, is a poor country where people still only think about leaving. Under these conditions it is cynical for the prime minister of this country to talk about his own record in power.
