A government minister became head of state, Berisha achieved the goal he had at a cost that was easy for him to bear but clear to Albanians. The executive power has been handed over to the judiciary to be permanently neutralized. The mixing of media and politics, which was one of the parts of the presidential spectacle, showed that there is no power independent of politics and above all of the Prime Minister.
