Editorial BY ARBEN RROZHANI A government that no longer surprises Since yesterday lunchtime, I have been following with curiosity the reactions of colleagues and a few commentators, all tired of the same African-style patchwork of politicians’ speeches from left to right. They have been scandalized by the latest patching-up by Prime Minister Berisha in his own government, which he calls with pathos “my government.” I agree with the Prime Minister: Yes, it is your government, it is not ours, it is not for the country, it is not for Albanians. My colleagues are astonished that the man who until yesterday held the keys to the PD headquarters will be the head of the super-ministry of the Interior, which oversees the State Police, the Republican Guard, Civil Status, Public Order and the security of our lives.
