The swearing-in of the four new ministers of the “Berisha” government has been postponed because of a hematoma on the right leg that was caused 10 days ago to President of the Republic Bamir Topi. Since the visit to the city of Vlora and later in Pristina, the president’s health worsened, to the point that it made his going to work yesterday impossible.
