Like in a lecture hour from 13 years ago in the auditorium of the journalism faculty, this fact was also confirmed to me by the PD deputy, Mark Marku, a few weeks ago (may his parliamentary mandate rest in peace, since Marku is in very good health and in shape to make a platform). There was no great need for a PD deputy to tell us which official had been placed at the head of the structures of the Ministry of the Interior. Let us be clear from the outset: a former student who started the Faculty of Medicine in 1991 and completed his higher studies, including specialization, in 2007, that is, after a full 16 years, cannot make crime in Albania crumble. Because he did not have the will, perhaps also because of his own commitments, to finish medical studies, let alone put an end to a series of open issues and conflicts of dependence, hatred, revenge, violation of the law, conflicts, water disputes, jealousy disputes, vulnerable matters, from curriculum to organized crime. Well then, all Albanians accepted this kind of minister and this kind of direction of the Ministry of the Interior. People who, mocking and joking at political and police tables, tell jokes about the figure of Flamur Noka. But is Flamur Noka the hero of the silent war against all those who denounced him, or the latest victim of a regime from which crime has no fear?
