Comment BY Genci Kojdheli Kukës as a warning Few people have taken seriously the Interior Minister’s latest statement about the population growth in the Kukës County as a result of the “virility” of the local residents compared with other counties. The opposition MPs’ justified concern was answered by the Minister in a highly anecdotal manner, clearly without valid reasons or logical explanations for the rapid increase in population at the same rate.
