On Friday, the Constitutional Court dashed all of Nehat Kulla’s hopes of having his case sent for retrial. The President of the Court, Bashkim Dedja, and member Vitore Tusha voted in favor of the request by the former Tirana “strongman,” who has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
