According to the action plan taken by the Republican Guard for the opposition rally in the square in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Guard had received clear and precise orders on how it should act if the gathering were accompanied by violence. The action plan was drawn up at the request of the Guard’s Chief of Staff, Major Artan Hoxha, currently acting as Guard commander, and was approved by the Guard Commander Ndrea Prendi. The 9-page document was certified “confidential” by the Guard, although for over a year it had not come to light from the archives of this institution. More because of the claims we believe may appear in the FBI report and beyond it, and the claims by Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama in Blendi Fevziu’s program. Among the few politicians who has not addressed this topic of 21 January in his forums, but only in a few television interviews. Here we are again, it was Prime Minister Sali Berisha. I heard him yesterday at the parliamentary group meeting too. In front of everyone, he did not say a single word about 21 January, not a single word about Ndrea Prendi, not a single word about the ambassadors... he spoke only about economic growth.
