Qazim Sejdini of Elbasan and Niko Peleshi of Korçë will be among the decision-makers in the pink leadership. Beyond the different sensitivities that the two figures may create within the pink structures, where jealousy and personal resentments are sometimes stronger than the cooperation needed to achieve the PS’s goals, Rama’s idea of bringing two local government figures into the pink leadership says a lot: First, it has to do with their mayoral model: Qazim Sejdini ended last year with roads opened, projects drafted, opportunities for cooperation with foreign donors, and in some cases even showed signs of cooperation with right-wing figures to get city investments completed (we should recall here the welcome he gave Prime Minister Sali Berisha on the occasion of the day... continued on page 6
