Comment BY PREÇ ZOGAJ The status of criticism in today’s PD The recurring critical positions of Democratic Party MP Mark Marku toward the Democratic Party and its governance have drawn attention. Some are old, routine criticisms, such as those about the lack of internal democracy and career rules in that party. These criticisms have accompanied the history of the PD since its first Congress in 1991 and onward, and have seen a line of intellectually minded politicians consumed and even sacrificed in its halls. Meanwhile, in Marku’s statements there are also reformulated observations and criticisms, targeting the triumph of conformism as the magical tool for building a career in Mr. Berisha’s party, the wear and tear of the eternal ministers who no longer produce anything, and others.
