Especially the majority created a sense of anxiety: without quickly passing reforms for Justice, Corruption and Civil Administration, we would not even be able to breathe. But also some internationals. And it seemed that among all Albanians worried about Justice and Corruption were those who generated the most concern: the ruling powers. Are those who break the rules in every possible way really so concerned about integration? Their problem lies elsewhere; we will soon see where and why. Propaganda insisted, also using international voices, that Stefan Fyle would come to Tirana for the 3 laws, but it turned out in fact that this was not mainly the purpose. The line of the European Union, this time, clearly aligned with the message of the United States, delivered just a few days earlier through an editorial by Ambassador Aleksandër Arvizu: the concern and main priority remain the free and fair conduct of elections.
