Editorial BY ANILA BASHA Show must go on, in practice Henri Çili, publisher of the newspaper Mapo, tried in his comment yesterday to analyze the convention of the pink headquarters, the way it was carried out, from the media point of view, the populist one, but also its programmatic substance. Undoubtedly, this kind of organization by the socialists, shaped with graphics, tables, photos, the finding of the government’s most failed elements, sarcasm and irony about governance, will attract the attention of analysts. What first stands out is the organization: the lack of flags, placards, firecrackers inside the hall. The simple, clear way of showing that there is no great need for pomp, for buses to fill the hall, but for delegates who need to hear a new program that is being launched. From a visual point of view, there are critics who say there is no enthusiasm. The question arises: does the citizen want to see the unprovoked ‘excitement’ of crowds shouting, or the program displayed everywhere, to see how a political force will act differently tomorrow in power (if it wins the election)? And then there is the mimicry for every word and moderator. The main stage of the Congress Palace was not the “domain” of two or three figures, present all the time in every kind of discussion at the table... continues on page 6
