BY Genci Kojdheli In Europe with a Referendum In less than a week, the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy (or, to put it plainly, the man who decides whether Europe will take us in or leave us on the road) has delivered two blows to the governing majority, and more specifically to Prime Minister Berisha and his adventure of trying to launch a referendum on the passing of three laws.
