Commentary BY Genc Kojdheli Mentally unprepared The shock and horror that have gripped Albanian society after the publication of the news about the capture of an individual accused of killing the 11-year-old Julian Çela, who had disappeared a few months earlier, are understandable, considering also how unspeakable we as a nation are in the face of such barbarities, which are nevertheless part of the bitter reality of the postmodern world.
