Editorial BY EDMOND ARIZAJ Kreshnik, are you leaving?! It is a question that naturally arises after yesterday’s “one million” protest, which was missing a full three zeroes. Of course, this failure of the Red and Black Alliance was also influenced by the events of the last few days, as its leader has become a shooting target, where politicians from the Socialist Party and various journalists test the arsenal of their jokes. All this immediately after the (two-sided?) decision not to be in an AK coalition with the PS. Should a new party, with a nationalist spirit that has been missing in Albania but arrived at the wrong time, be attacked so harshly? Seen? Despite the clownish antics with the national flag, despite the repeated clown-like removal by its own leader of the black-and-eagle emblems, despite the Sicilian-style behavior with bulletproof money, despite the occasional lack of seriousness from the “colleague” FRD, the Red and Black Alliance showed that in this country, in Albania, there is a good gap of trust. If you think that the whole thing was crushed by AK, regardless of the reasons, among those involved were people with ranks, with titles, well-known names in various fields, who had attached themselves to a party which in reality has nothing in its hands except words and threats, then you can simply conclude that these people, or dozens... ► continues on page 12
