We have woken up to the noise and bustle of rallies, debates, accusations amid fear and hope for tomorrow. The political soldiers of the parties are very well organized, where of course the main weapons are audio-visual messages in the traditional and social media, rallies and public events. It is clear that the political class’s task is to convince the majority while respecting the basic principle of democracy. But in 2013 Greek representative democracy (at the foundation of the system) has been turned into a mechanism of manipulation and profit that is being exploited to the fullest by the political elites to come to power or consolidate their positions in power... continues on page 21
