Comment BY MIRELA SULA The power of meditation Have you ever heard of the theory of Individual Transformation Synchronization (Syncronized Individual Transformation - individual Transformation)? It is the best theory for explaining what happens when a group of people sit together to meditate. It has nothing to do with any kind of religion (as many people might think), but with the science of synchronization, a phenomenon that naturally increases harmony not only with those around us but with nature itself and the universe. Perhaps, knowing this power and seeing the effects of group prayers, earlier generations, centuries ago, came to believe in their rituals and apply them. This confirmation of the experience brought by this theory has stimulated generations throughout the centuries to explore this phenomenon further. Today, in a country like Albania, where people are now free to believe whatever they want, but where in most cases their faith is short-lived, everyone chooses their own way of responding to reality. Six months ago the “Hi Classic” Foundation, with the initiative of the famous soprano Inva Mula and the inspiration of the spiritual leader Hetem Ramadani, launched a project giving all Albanians the opportunity to apply for meditation courses.
